About Bettina

Bettina specializes in Structural Bodywork, a combination of Deep Tissue, Swedish, Thai and Tai-Na created with all the techniques she has learned throughout her years of study. 

Bettina also incorporates a unique style of energy healing called ThetaHealing, which makes the experience exceptionally therapeutic, unique and relaxing.

Bettina is a doula and pre/peri natal and post natal massage therapist as well.
